Salaried GP with a view to Partnership if desired

Talbot Medical Centre are looking for a 4-6 sessions GP commencing August 2023 (happy to wait for the right person). The practice is in South Shields. We are part of the Deep End Network, providing care for patients in an area of high deprivation. We have 8000+ patients providing care to generations of families.

Clinical team of 5 GP’s, 2 ANP’s, 3 PNs, 2 HCAs and 2 GPAs.
Deep End Network pilot psychologists working in practice
Supportive management and administrative teams
Daily huddles supporting team working
Monthly clinical & quality meetings
15-minute f2f appointments
Innovative approach to care including a monthly coffee social for patients
Extended nurse practitioner appointments for complex patients
Medical student teaching
CQC rating Good, Outstanding for children and young people
Acute Care Team support for home visits
Extended Roles provided across PCN
Emis Web with Ardens
Partnership owned premises
